Here are just a few pictures from Riley's trip to Kansas! Write now Riley is playing in his exersaucer and having so much fun! He loves to stand up and so this toy has been perfect for him. Enjoy the pictures!

This is the only picture I got of Bekah and Riley and he was not happy about it!
Saturday morning we went to brunch and barry's car was in the shop so we all sqeezed in bekah's. Barry is not sitting in a real seat, he is in the trunk area. Riley had lots of great entertainment back there though. Thanks Uncle Barry!

Hannah was sooo excited about getting to feed Riley a bottle. She loved every minute of it.

Frdays are "special Friday lunch" in the Brown family so we took Caleb lunch up to school. This is what Riley did the whole time. I guess he wasn't hungry!

Thanks Browns for such a great weekend! Riley and I loved it! Can't wait to see you after Christmas!

After a long day of waking up at 4am and only taking about four 30 minute naps today Riley crashed with his b-bear. This is the first time he has used it. I think he loves it!! Thanks!

Riley is 5 Months old

Yesterday my little boy turned 5 months old. I can't believe how quickly he is growing up. I think he is doing something new and getting cuter everyday. Here are just a few shots from our photo shoot.

Some things Riley is doing as a BIG 5 month old.

• He loves to play with his toys and chew/slobber all over them.
• His hands are always cold because he is always chewing/slobbering on them.
• He is starting to scoot a little.
• He slobbers all the time.
• He is now big enough for his exersaucer and jumperoo and he LOVES both of them for short periods of time.
• He laughs and giggles and it is so cute.
• For his birthday he got his first taste of cereal. He liked it for about 5 minutes and then he was done. We have been having a little everyday, but he is just not that into it.
• He loves to watch things/people.
• He has definately found his feet and anytime his hands are not in his mouth or on a toy they are playing with his feet.

Those are just a few things he is doing right now. We had so much fun on our trip to Kansas to see my sister and her family. That post is next, but it may not be until this weekend. Have a great week!

Cute little Scarecrow

We had a fun Halloween week. We started and pretty much ended partying on Wednesday night. We had a small group party and it was a lot of fun. Here we are at the party.

On Halloween day, we actually didn't do anything. Russell had to scout that night and so R and I ran some errands and then came home and hung out. I decided I didn't get enough pictures of him in his costume so we had a little photo shoot. I think it went ok. I couldn't pick just one to put up, so here are about 10. He is just too cute.

When we moved to the couch for a different background he started sliding down and this is how he wound up. He didn't seem to mind it all that much. I just thought it was pretty funny.


Once we got done with the costume we took some with just some pumpkins. I thought these were pretty cute too.

On Wednesday Riley will be taking his first plane trip. We are going to Kansas to see my sister and her family. We are so excited about going. I can't wait to see them. I am a little nervous about how R will travel, but I think he will do great! I will let you know how he does when we get back. Have a great week!
