Ever since we got married Russell would complain that we needed to get a real tree. I was always against it because we lived in an apt. and I didn't want to mess with it. We used a little 4 foot tree on a table and that worked. Having a kid changed my mind just a little because I wanted to create fun holiday memories. Last year was our first year to go to the tree farm and pick a tree. This year was so much more fun and Riley loved it. I am so excited about keeping this tradition going every year. (This was also one of my first good chances to play with my new camera.)
